Should you encounter a problem or disappointment during your travels, please contact us direct from your resort location as soon as possible via e-mail, FAX, or phone (during regular business hours) - to avoid incurring long-distance charges, we strongly recommend the use of e-mail. By contacting us while in the resort, we will be able to work directly with the service provider to resolve concerns as quickly as possible – or, if necessary arrange transfer to a comparable resort.

 If you are unable to contact us while in resort, we suggest you transfer to another hotel as soon as possible, record the incident (include names of personnel if possible), retain all receipts, and call us upon return.
